claiming to be a Ukrainian woman from Zhytomyr. The scammer creates an urgent, emotional story to extract money — typically
claiming she cannot travel because of unpaid taxes and an alleged exit ban. She asks the target to pay the debt (often
€7,000 or similar) so she can leave the country and join them. The scammer emphasizes intense affection and long-term
commitment to increase pressure on the victim.
