This scammer introduced herself online as Yuliia Spesyvtseva, allegedly a doctor from Kyiv who had “sold her apartment to move in” with the victim,
but claimed that the money was frozen. She stayed in touch through email and phone, sent photos and passport images,
and requested financial assistance to overcome her so-called “temporary problems.”

Tactics used

• Romantic manipulation: establishes emotional connection quickly through long letters, compliments, and plans for the future.
• Frozen funds story: claims to have sold her apartment in Kyiv and cannot access her money, urging the victim to help.
• Repeated money requests: asks for support for relocation, rent, food, or medical needs.
• Fake documentation: sends copies of a Ukrainian ID and passport to “prove” her identity — both showing inconsistencies and template errors typical of counterfeits.
• Multiple communication channels: uses two Ukrainian numbers
  (+380 95 530 7536, +380 99 061 5158),
  and emails (spesyvtsevayuliia83@gmail.com,
  spesyvtseva.yuliia83@gmail.com), along with a fictitious address in Kyiv — “Sergiya Berehova 17a, 02000 Kyiv.”
